enanzo rosado

Wine made from the Garnacha variety by the traditional “free-running” technique.

Made from grape must obtained by gravity alone which is then macerated for a few hours in its grape skins. The wine is then fermented without the skins at controlled temperatures in order to retain the fruity aromas of the grapes.

The result is a raspberry-pink wine with attractive fresh aromas of ripe fruit, watermelon and strawberry. Smooth and tasty in the mouth with a spicy finish.

Variety: 100% Garnacha

Vol. Alc.: 13,5%

Serving with: Excellent with, poultry, fish, cheese, Tapas and wild mushroom risotto
